Step 1: Register for PPOBOX.com, submit your KYC details & get your USA UK & India address to ship

Professional - best for avid shoppers and business clients that would benefit from package consolidation and multiple online shipment management (20-150+ parcels per month).

Step 2: Shop online with a USA / UK retailer

Time to shop! Shop from millions of online shopping sites in the USA, UK including auction sites like Ebay.com, walmart.com, Amazon.com etc? It does not matter if the store only ships inside the USA or only accepts USA credit cards, as a PPOBOX member you can now shop wherever you would like with access to the US merchant's full product offerings as well as the best pricing!

You must use your own name that you have mentioned during registration with PPObox in your shipping address for seller. The shipping address must have your PPO account number mentioned on it to avoid misplace or delay. Using any other name in shipping address to seller is not legal so we will not ship such shipments and your account may be banned. In the recipient address to India you can mention any customer's name to whom you want to ship package in India however you need to provide KYC of each customer. You must provide the address to seller in the same format as you see when you log in to our site. You should mention PPO ( not ICCWORLD), your PPO Account no. and if possible the pkg ID in address. It is advised that you put your Pkg-ID on your Package shipping address for faster processing & dispatch. If you have not received any details of shipment within 3 days of arrival in US let us know.

As soon as you purchase please log in to our site and click on Enter a new shipment to enter shipment details. This unique packet number has to be created before your item reaches us. Please fill all the fields with correct information so we can track your shipment and ship it without any delay.

FULL ITEM TYPE and Description of product required for all shipments. Please make sure you provide as much detail as possible regarding the contents of your shipment, including model no, specs etc. This will help avoid delays of your shipments during processing and clearance.

VERY IMPORTANT: MAKE SURE YOUR SELLER SHIPS THROUGH A MODE WITH TRACKING SO THAT YOU CAN TRACK AND VERIFY WHEN YOUR PACKAGE REACHES US. WE CANNOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR PACKAGES SENT TO US WITHOUT TRACKING INFORMATION or Shipments left outside door. WHEN POSSIBLE PLEASE AVOID SENDING THROUGH USPS - UPS AND FEDEX ARE PREFERRED AND RELIABLE.

Step 3: Your package arrives at our NJ Warehouse

Once your package arrives at our facility, we log it into your account and search your shipment with the seller tracking number mentioned on the box. So please update the seller tracking for sure on our site before only. If you have updated we get all your shipment details and shipment is shipped or else it is on hold. Also we immediately send you an email notification with the sender's name, weight of the package and the date & time it was logged in to our system when ship.

Every item received for you is inspected by our processing experts. Broken items, incorrect items that do not match what you ordered, and prohibited items are automatically flagged for your review. For a list of banned items please click here. If you would like to return merchandise to the merchant, we can do that for you (billed to your account).

As a PPOBOX member, you have 24/7 access to your online account information.

Step 4: Your parcel is delivered to you anywhere in India in less than 5 - 7 working days!

Personal Members: packages are shipped immediately (typically within 0-1 day of arrival in India).
Professional Members can select from:
Immediate
Hold Until Requested
Schedule a specific delivery date

The moment your shipment leaves our warehouse, you are notified by e-mail and can monitor your package's progress with our real-time package tracking system. Typically you will receive your package in less than 3 days from when it leaves our Mumbai warehouse.It's the quickest, easiest, and the fastest delivery all over India.
