All service delivery timelines mentioned on the site are estimated based on expected and previous history. PPOBox may not be liable for any delays caused by natural causes, inclement weather, airline schedules, insufficient or inaccurate delivery information, customs clearance delays etc. PPOBox will always strive to provide the most expedited service to all customers.
PPOBox maximum liability for any uninsured package will be upto USD $20. Therefore it is recommended you opt for insurance for any high value items. In the event that insurance is purchased on any shipment, you must verify the contents of your shipment at the time of delivery and raise any claim of damage at the time of delivery. Any claim raised after accepting the package will NOT be covered by insurance. Also, as long as your contents are intact you must accept your package at delivery, you may not refuse delivery for any package that is delivered to you in intact condition. All insurance claims will be cross referenced against the actual item invoice for proof of value and investigation.
We give full coverage for insured packets. Once you have opted in for insurance, you are liable to pay the insured amount prior to delivery. The insurance is only applicable if we have received your shipment in our USA hub. If shipment not received it will not be covered.
If any credit given for any shipments from PPObox it is Valid till 6 months from the time it was given. So you need to claim within 6 months or else it will not be provided.
Note - NO INSURANCE IS COVERED FOR ANY SHIPMENT DAMAGE CONTAINING LIQUID ITEM & GLASS ITEM. You need to mention seller to do proper packing.
