Once your packages have cleared customs we will send you an invoice for the shipment.
Payment must be made before the package can be dispatched to you. If you wish to pay on a bi-weekly or monthly basis, please contact us for this arrangement. For bi-weekly and monthly billing customers, payment must be received within 10 days of the invoice date or service will be suspended with immediate effect.
Packages may not be held unless you have made specific warehousing arrangements with us.
PPOBox may hold your packages for a maximum of 15 days total. In the event that you have not made payment for the shipment OR you have not claimed a returned package with 15 days, the shipment and its contents will be disposed off. PPObox will not be responsible for any shipment which is not claimed or taken within 15 days.
PPOBox and ICC Worldwide, will have no liability for any packages not paid or claimed within 15 days. No insurance claim may be filed in this case
In case your shipment status has not been updated within 5 days from the expected delivery date to your mailbox, you must contact us or mail us????? immediately. It would be difficult for us to help track/locate your shipments after one week from the expected delivery date. Please also be sure to file a claim with your sellers.
