Service Delivery, Guarantees, and Insurance
All service delivery timelines mentioned on the site are estimated based on expected and previous history. ICC may not be liable for any delays caused by natural causes, inclement weather, airline schedules, insufficient or inaccurate delivery information, customs clearance delays etc. ICC will always strive to provide the most expedited service to all customers.
ICC maximum liability for any uninsured package will be upto USD $20. In the event that insurance is purchased on any shipment, you must verify the contents of your shipment at the time of delivery and raise any claim of damage at the time of delivery. Any claim raised after accepting the package will NOT be covered by insurance. Also, as long as your contents are intact you must accept your package at delivery, you may not refuse delivery for any package that is delivered to you in intact condition. All insurance claims will be cross referenced against the actual item invoice for proof of value.
Once you have opted in for insurance, you are liable to pay the insured amount prior to delivery.

ICC Worldwide Right for Refusal of Service
ICC reserves the right to deny PPO and delivery service to any customer that is found abusing the service. Among other things, abuse of service includes:
1) Declaring false package contents
2) Declaring false shipment value
3) Failure to pay for shipments in a timely manner
4) Making false claims against the service
5) Using the service for commercial purposes without expressed consent of ICC Worldwide.
6) Shipping items that have been listed on our BANNED ITEMS list

ICC Worldwide Right for Refusal of Service

Billing Corporate and Professional clients

Whoever registers in our site they will be given a PPO account numberand once sign online which means client has accepted to all terms and conditions. All billing clients needs to clear their dues within 10 days of invoice generated or else service can be terminated or fine will be levied.
